Steve Baker is a very friendly and patient realtor. He is willing to go the extra mile for clients and take the time to find the residence that will make you happy. We definitely tested his patience and work ethic. We forced him to show us many homes (over 50), that were throughout the lower mainland. We moved from Vancouver and he showed us homes in Richmond, Tswwassen, Delta, Brookswood, and all over surrey. After each visit, Steve was very good at learning what our priorities were and his recommendations always progressed. He found the home we now live in and he actually knew it was perfect for us before we did. He has a friendly approach and never pressured us to spend more than we were willing to spend. What we can say about Steve Baker?  He is No. 1, he is a warm-hearted young man who is in the real estate profession and loves people. When Steve was first introduced to us, we didn't know what he could do for us to find a bigger suitable home that we really needed "in a rush".
